Shipping and Returns
How much does shipping cost? Free shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 will be charged a flat rate of $12.99 for standard shipping.
When will my order be shipped? Orders placed before 1:00pm PST/PDT Monday through Friday will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 1:00pm Monday through Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day except Holidays. If any orders are not available or on backorder, the customer will be notified and the item will be shipped as soon as possible. For expedited delivery you must speak with a customer service representative.
Nationwide Medical will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date, excluding any shipping charges. Restocking charges may apply.
Customers who wish to return an item must contact our Patient Services Department at (877) 307-2727 to request a Return Authorization.
- Nationwide Medical will accept returns on merchandise sold that has manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials or workmanship please contact us immediately for resolution and to obtain an RA Number.
Once Nationwide Medical has received and inspected the product you will receive a replacement product or refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped to the customer due to an error by Nationwide Medical or in the event the item was defective.
After receiving a Return Authorization Number, returned items should be sent to the address below along with the RA Number and an explanation of the issue or defect:
